The key to a good tile installation is prep work. Preparation involves selecting the right underlayment suited for your project. Care is taken in determining which backerboard or uncoupling membrane is chosen to add for a lasting installation. There may be waterproofing necessary (or desired), and the proper material will need to be applied.
After determining the right backerboard for your tile, we will install the underlayment to manufacturer's specifications. Your tile layout is then drawn into place to ensure the project is completed to proper aesthetics. Tile will be set in a troweled bed of modified thinset. The adhesive is given time to dry, and then the tile surface is grouted.
Color can dramatically alter any space within a home.
